Chronograph is recording the wrong velocities

This article is to help with chronographs that are reading clearly too high or low for the given ammunition.

There could be a few potential causes for this type of behavior in your chronograph. The first thing we suggest trying, is to replace the battery with a fully charged, recently purchased 9V battery. When these batteries begin to lose their charge, even sitting in the drawer, it can affect the chronograph’s accuracy.

If the issue persists, it may need to be sent in for our repair service.
