BBK II ERR 2 Issue

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately if the Scale is displaying the message “FAIL” or “ERR2” it is likely that your load cell has failed. While we used to be able to replace the load cells, we have recently run out, and thus the ability to fix the issue. The load cell that we used is globally obsolete, so we can’t even order one for you.
