This timer is very simple to use, and one of the loudest out there. When you wear double hearing protection or are working with others shooting next to you, being able to hear the beep is kind of a big deal! I can also run it for months on the 9V battery.

I have had this product for over a year and had no issues. One day my buzzer on the timer stopped working. Instead of buying a new one I decided to contact PACT’s customer service to see if it could be repaired. My email was replied to in a surprisingly quick time with the instructions to send it back to be repaired. The cost of shipping and repairs was very reasonable and I received it back in working condition very quickly. The product is amazing works as intended to register and time your shots. Rest assured that if there is ever an issue with your PACT timer (which is rare), you will receive the best customer service I have had from any company I have ever dealt with. I can’t recommend this product enough.

Made a mistake in my initial purchase and Ryan Schroeder reached out and made sure I was taken care of, and sent extra goodies! Great timer and even greater company — highly recommend for anyone seeking a product and company that are both well built and have integrity!
Pascal RADEMACHER –
The device works perfectly, robust, simple operation and easy (if necessary) adjustment for Indoor and Outdoor use. The loudness is also one of the better ones on the market.

PACT Club Timer III Review: The No-BS Shot Timer You’ll Actually Use
Alright, let’s talk about the PACT Club Timer III. This shot timer is like the reliable gym buddy of shot timers—it won’t sugarcoat your performance, but it’ll push you to get better. Whether you’re training for competition or just want to flex on your range day, here’s why this thing might be your new best friend (and a few gripes to keep it real).
First Impressions
Looks & Feel: It’s chunky but in a good way—like a retro Game Boy for nerds. The plastic shell feels tough enough to survive a tumble off the shooting bench, and the stainless steel belt clip? Solid. Just don’t try squeezing it onto a tactical Batman belt; it’s a tight fit.
Setup: Pop in the 9V battery (included, thank goodness), and you’re ready to roll. No Bluetooth pairing, no app downloads—just buttons and beeps. Simple.
Why It Rocks
LOUD. SO LOUD. The 115dB buzzer cuts through earpro like a chainsaw. Even with double plugs, you’ll hear it. No more “Wait, did it start?!” mid-drill.
Delay Mode Magic: Set a random delay (up to 99.99 seconds) to keep yourself honest. No cheating that first shot reaction time.
Par Time Pressure: Want to simulate match stress? Set a par time, and let the buzzer roast you if you’re too slow. Humbling, but effective.
Battery for Days: 20+ hours on a single 9V? Perfect for weekend-long training benders.
Annoyances (Because Nothing’s Perfect)
Screen Invisibility Cloak: No backlight? Good luck checking splits in a dimly lit range bay. Bring a flashlight or squint harder.
Sensitivity Tweak Hassle: Adjusting mic sensitivity means unscrewing the battery cover. Why not just a dial?
Grandpa Tech Vibes: No Bluetooth, no app integration. If you’re into spreadsheets, you’ll be manually logging those splits.
Who’s It For?
Gear Minimalists: If you hate fussy tech, this is your jam. Four buttons, zero fluff.
Competitive Shooters: Need to shave 0.2 seconds off your bill drill? The split times don’t lie.
Train-Anywhere Types: Clip it to your bag, toss it on a tripod, kick the tripod on accident while training and it fall over. No problem it’s built to survive chaos.
The Verdict
At $130, the Club Timer III isn’t the fanciest option, but it’s the one you’ll actually use. It’s like a Toyota Tacoma: not flashy, but it’ll outlive us all. Skip it if you need Bluetooth or night-vision screens, but for everyone else? Worth every penny.
Rating: 4.5/5
Buy If: You want a durable, loud, no-nonsense timer.
Pass If: You’re glued to your phone apps or train in dark basements at your moms house.
P.S. PACT’s customer service is legit—they’ve got a 30-day return policy if you hate it (but you won’t).
