PACT was founded in 1982 by Ronin Colman after years of firearm instruction under the legendary Jeff Cooper at Gunsite in Arizona. Out of his garage, he created PACT, which led to the first modern shot timer. Over the years, the innovation spread through reloading equipment, chronographs, iterations of shot timers, and software to help shooters have a metric of success.
